"Why is it easier for some people to be more fit then others?"

One reason it is easier for some people to be more fit then others is because some people are more healthy then others. Some people might need other people to push them to be fit and healthy. Another reason some people might be more fit then others is weight wise. If you are over weight you are less likely to be healthy and if you are really tiny you might need to have more weight. People who are not fit might have more problems then those that are fit.

How do triathletes train?

Triathletes should be well-prepared with a swim suit, goggles, a bicycle, and running shoes, among other items. Cycling shorts are also useful to prevent saddle sores. If one is not in the greatest physical shape, about twelve weeks of getting in shape are recommended, followed by two and a half to four hours of specific training a week to prepare for the triathlon. Workouts should include running, biking, and swimming, to simulate the experience of a real triathlon. Balance is essential; one should allow oneself ample recovery time and low-intensity resting weeks.
