Some distant cultures cannot even distinguish between 4 and 5. The Piraha are among those cultures who speak an innumerable language. People of this culture are bad at counting. It is very difficult for speakers to count more than three items. They only use three terms to count different quantities. Another anumeric culture is Munduruku and a few adults in Nicaragua who lack the ability to distinguish different quantities.

The Piraha are native to the Amazon rainforest in Brazil. They are the only surviving of the Mura people. They mainly live on the banks of the Maichi River in Umaita and Manicore in the state of Amazonas. The Piraha community lives without numbers which is unusual since we use numbers in our everyday life and for common tasks and dont have unique numbers for colours . Not only that, the adults were apparently unable to learn to count or understand the concept of numbers even when anthropologists taught them and took math classes for months.
