The company wasn't big but enough for 4 people. There is only 2 rooms and each of the room will fill up by two workers. First day at here, Mrs Salfarina welcome me with open hand. She is the boss at here. She interview me a little then show me my room. Then she started briefing about the job company.

Today activities are relaxing which is just site visit. Because of I still new, so I just accompany one of the workers doing their job. Today, we are visited the KLIA Cargo Village. At this place we can see many workers same like us deliver or pick up their client items or goods at here.  Our destination from company to KLIA takes about 30 minutes-1 hours to arrive at the destination. Worldwide Cargo Services company have 3 transport to shipment their client goods and items. One of the rules or task that i learn is it is important to check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fee or tariff groups, using a tariff coding system.

When arrive at this place, the guard will ask our driver license to get pass in the place, because of I still don't have a driver license, so I cannot go in the place and have to wait outside only and Mr Zul will go in there to pick up the goods. Mr Zul say the quantity of goods is out of the expectation. Sometimes will be few and sometimes can be a lot of boxes. The thing that i learn for today is always keep records of all goods shipped, received, and stored.

Today we have to pickup goods at Schenker Logistics Sdn Bhd at 6 o'clock and we have to delivery the goods to one of our worker who is at Singapore. Because of the goods destination is to Singapore and we have our worker at there so we only have to go Pagoh and meet in half way so it is easily and save time by just submit it to our worker so he can delivery the goods. The time that we took to arrive at Pagoh just 2 hours from Kuala Lumpur.

First thing I have to do is  update the invoice file, purchase order, delivery order, quotation from early years to current. Then, i have arrange the file according to the company's client. To arrange all of this files takes 2-3 hours to get job done. After that, I have to prepare  a flight ticket, hotel and more. Our goods today are from Manila, so Mr.Zul will go to the destination to pick up the goods from our client.
