The importance of teamwork is essential in today’s multidisciplinary world. In the past, during the industrial era when most jobs were represented by people on a manufacturing line doing one thing all day – teamwork wasn’t as important as it is today. Teamwork are more efficient than individuals, it can be proven by the presence of a group team that everything can be done safely and does not take a long time to do. Moreover, with a group team, each member gets his / her own part (task) so of course there is no need to bother doing things by themselves compared to individual work. Teamwork can builds a sense of cooperation and solidarity.

We are worry about our job being taken over by AI as the technology has been increasingly develop really fast. Many job now has been taken over by AI. Such as costumer service, that now almost being replaced by AI or robot. Not that good in terms of service, but many company did that in the name of simplicity and budget. As for right now in 2020, we can still take a breath as many job is still on the hand of humans. Such as writer, teacher, and actor. AI does not have feelings or heart as human, and this statement maybe bias. According to Susskind (2020), that this pandemic has proven that human are important to crucial jobs. That mean, as humankind, we still have hope to learn more and more, so we cannot be taken over by our own creation.

We do not think we should be worried that AI will take our jobs. Robots were first invented to help humans, not to replace; fast-thinking, the algorithms, etc. Also, we think our opportunities in the future need human connection and feelings. We do not think robots are able to feel.

PwC predicts (2019) that AI will create over 7.2 million jobs in the U.K. alone over the next two decades. In fact, humans created more jobs and with the help of new technologies. In conclusion Artificial Intelligence could not take over the human race.

"We are one of the best countries in the world to manage / deal with the Covid -19 pandemic. Are we?"

As one of the biggest, most populated country in Southeast Asia, we have experienced quite a big casualty from the Covid - 19 pandemic. Considering our large population, the amount of casualty that has occured is quite concerning. One of the main reason why, is the never strict health regulations the government has tried to set up during the 8 months we have been quarantined. After a not quite successful first lockdown (PSBB), the governor for DKI Jakarta, Anies Baswedan, declared a second lockdown. Yet after 2 weeks of little to no result he is now declaring a transition lockdown (PSBB transisi), in which he announced, "Based on the results of monitoring and evaluation of the DKI Jakarta Province Covid-19 Handling Acceleration Task Force, it appears that there is a slowdown in the increase in positive cases and active cases although there is still an increase in transmission," Anies said in a written statement on Sunday, October 11 2020.

Does Indonesia can state that we are the best, when dealing with the Covid-19? Unfortunately its a no. Status from the (Covid19.co.id) says that until 13th October 2020, Indonesia has 337.000 cases and 11.935 death. And of course its not a good number compared to the other countries.

Working in a Team

Steve Jobs once said, "Great things in business are never done by one person: they're done by a team of people" (Elaine J. Hom, 2019). We prefer to work in a team because there are many benefits to working in a team, both in a workplace environment and in a classroom. First, by working together we can get things done much faster. This is due to the shared workload and responsibilities. The shared responsibilities also make for a good support mechanism. Each member in a team can look to each other for guidance for when they encounter a problem. Other members are also able to cover for each other in the absence of their team member. Moreover, teamwork improves development and social skills. A team usually consists of different individuals, this would help the members to adjusts their differences and learn to work together. When working in a team, people learns listen to each other, to communicate, show respect, and in turn they would get the same treatment. In short, the many advantages to teamwork makes it no surprise why people prefer it.

We believe in the equal rights to vote. Just like the Constitutional Amendments of the United States of America, specifically the Fifteenth (1870), Nineteenth (1920), and Twenty-sixth (1971) stated that citizens cannot be abridged on the account of race, color, sex, age, or previous condition of servitude. Everyone above the age of eighteen are eligible to vote.
Everyone should have the rights to vote. Quoting Former President John F. Kennedy (1963), "The ignorance of one voter in a democracy impairs the security of all." Ignorance is bliss, but there are consequences of each actions. Your voice can make a change but not using it will result in different outcomes.
In conclusion, everyone has the right to vote, no matter what your race. gender, or age might be.

We are alike in so many ways, but when it comes to relationship and love, there is no denying it men and women can seem to be complete opposite. Men tend to think that women are more sensitive about conflict and problems that arise in relationship. We decided to choose, "We prefer working in team," because sometimes not every task that has been given we could do it individually and we think that working in a team is more efficient and save a lot of time. Although at the first time is hard to get to know each other and prefer to do individually , but after a while we could create a creative presentation or proposal etc .

Despite having less COVID-19 cases than other countries, Indonesia still need to increase their effort in dealing with the pandemic. Sidipratomo (2020), a dean of Faculty of Medicine at National Veterans Development University in Jakarta, admitted through Aljazeera.com that, "This virus has already spread all over Indonesia.....we should just dig many, many graves." The governments should be responsible for this because they are not as attentive in the first place (MacKenzie, 2020).

I think we shouldn't worry about our jobs being taken over by AI technology and other technology because according to Sabine Hauerr (2017) stated that robots are not going to replace humans, they are going to make their jobs much more humane. Difficult, demeaning, demanding, dangerous, dull – these are the jobs robots will be taking.
