Most regular verbs use the root form, except in the third-person singular

Affirmative:  Subject + verb + complement
Example: I go to the park.

Negative:  Use auxiliary "DO", and for the 3rd person use "DOES" instead.  (You can also use the contraction don’t or doesn’t)
Subject + DO + NOT +  complement 
Example: I don't go to the park.

Interrogative: You need to use the auxiliary verbs "DO" and "DOES"  to make questions.
