She used to finish her work before everyone and never really had much to do after. So, that caused her to act out and be disruptive in class. Because of that she was places in behavioral classes. This stage is about recognition. If a child isn't recognized for their work they tend to act out. That caused her not to be able to walk or talk and she was embarrassed about my condition, so she stopped going around her friends and stopped letting her friends come see her. That caused her to feel alone, and she was diagnosed with severe depression. This stage is about having someone. If you don't have anyone you like to be around or a person that gets you it causes you to feel isolated. Since she had a twin she was always dressed the same as her twin but during this stage she wanted to gain her own identity and started dressing herself. I think this stage is about learning more about yourself and your identity, dressing yourself.
