My students really enjoy the Chaining Folders. The kids are doing a great job caring for their letters and making sure they are all placed back in their own spaces. They also are getting a hang of switching out the letters. Once we are done with the work, we sing the letters a nursery rhyme and put the folders back to bed (back in the tub).

We worked on Lesson 6. I am slowly getting a hang of the routine and like the additional support activities the lesson provides.

I would like to see a lesson done in an actual classroom. I am curious to see how it all times out and what they may be omitting or adjusting for fit all learners.

I am adjusting some of the classwork for additional practice/challenge for the students that have a better understanding of reading and spelling.
