·        People can choose the same path, for entirely different reasons! 
·        The subjective nature of priorities and their weighting in people’s lives influence their decisions based on their goals (not exactly ground-breaking.. I know) 
·        Tina's insight on conflict resolution vs. team-member’s unequal contributions, and differentiating between the two, was valuable 
·        Dealing with ambiguity, working through the struggles associated with teamwork (emotions, expectations, Frustrations, tempers, collaboration, cooperation) are a recognized part of the process and contribute to an outcome that is “greater than the sum of all its parts.” 
·        Perceptions are often incorrect, and we don’t know this, and can’t correct ourselves until we work through them in a “live” setting rfNcfP83Yl+WoM1��5>���

  • Sub-par performers are added stress to the team based learning. Those students who do not contribute to the "team" are blood suckers to everyone else and drain what could be a great experience into a negative one.  
  • Sub-par performers were not held accountable to either pull up their socks or be removed from the program once their ineptitude of work was proven.
