Although mainly teacher driven (ie presenting the question for discussion), the discussion is more or less a conversation between a student or two and myself. Sometimes, to mix things up, I have the students talk to each other about an idea before presenting their results to the class. These questions begin using Blooms taxonomy, but are not limited to these.
