To facilitate students to live better lives, there has always been teaching. To be able to use technology improvements to improve their educational experiences, instructors in the twenty-first century should have the necessary abilities. Since the COVID pandemic has had such a global impact, the demand for instructors to learn more about how to use communication technology has increased dramatically. Therefore, teachers must get a better grasp of learning processes as well as their impact on the levels and depth of learning that occurs in the course of these changes. As an outcome, the nature of the teacher-student relationship needs to be improved to focus more closely on the learners' specific needs and learning-related aspects such as identity, age, gender, culture and abilities.

👉Code of Ethics for Professional Teachers
Teachers are on the front lines of education, shaping students' values, knowledge, and abilities. The teachers' code of ethics ensures consistency in behavior while also allowing parents, administrators, students, and all other stakeholders involved in the educational process to work together transparently. As a necessary consequence, this is only intuitive that a competent, responsible teacher would have learned and/or established professional ethics guidelines to guide their everyday activities and interactions. As facilitators of the teaching and learning processes, teachers should be aware of and guided by a set of ethics.

Learning to know, learning to do, learning together, and learning to be are the four pillars of education, each of which has a particular point of view and helps us see and understand different things. As a future educator, I feel it is critical to integrate all of the pillars. All of these factors contribute to a successful education. To give students with knowledge so that they can develop the skills they will need to succeed in the future. The pillars of education provide a solid foundation for the nation-building process as it guides and influences the next generation to become moral, responsible, and productive members of our community.
