There was definetly a lot of plot twisting. For example, Tris's mom turned out to be a former Dauntless and Divergent as well! Also, I was not expecting Erudite to take over Dauntless and then in turn try to kill off all the Abnegation.

• Theme the theme is attitudes towards death, and how we face the idea and reality of it.  Voldemort was defined by his fear and anxiety of death, and devoted his life to conquering and worrying about it.
• The setting affects the characters the most. The setting affects the characters the most because if Harry and his friends were not at Hogwarts, they probably would not have been threatened by an evil Lord and had to have saved the world.

 I really empathized with Harry when Ron was knocked out by the live chess pieces. I felt sad for Harry because for one, he would have to go on alone, and for two, his friend just got seriously hurt by a large hunk of wood.

It was really hard for me to imagine how Harry felt over the winter break because since he has no parents, he has nothing to go home to. Thus, Harry had to stay at Hogwarts while there was a good chance a Dark Lord is roaming the corridors. I would have been scared out of my mind!!

It was also hard for me to imagine how Harry must have been feeling when he had to go into the chamber and fight for his life because I will probably never have to do anything like that in my lifetime.

Finally, this book is a window for me because I don't go to a school where there are witches and wizards and magic classes to take.
