  • College Mentors school will start to visit the ME lab/dept. with Greg Strimmel during one of their campus field trips during the 2025-26 school year.

  • Could we have a traveling IT teacher visit different grade levels to teaching ME principles that we can incorporate into our PLTW lessons? TSC does this with a gifted and talented grant.

  • What about a paid summer internship for LSC teachers to develope ME units/plans based on grade approrpiate texts/books ( Franklin Learns About Storms or The Wild Robot ),PLTW lessons/modules. Make Boxes ( ME Lesson in a box/bin) with all the ME materials, lessons, instructions and items needed for a simple lesson. Differentiated by grade levels.

  • What is the plan for SCALE K-12 for LSC developement and teachers? Will there still be a SCALE K-1 LSC team next year? If so, what will our capacity be? Do you need to took for grants for tech conferences?
