I am passionate about my Faith, Relationships (Caring for Others), Family, Soccer, Healthy Lifestyle, Education, and Music.

What drives you in your professional life?

- My siblings. My Parents/Grandparents.

- God has given us unique gifts and I want to put them to good use and accomplish what I feel called to pursue in any aspect.

- Being a role model for my future family.

- Being confident in what I've done.

Do you think education as an institution is meeting the needs of children and adolescents?

I think that education is an institution that meets certain needs of children and adolescents. But I don't think that it can meet ALL the needs that children have. The parents/guardians play a huge role in the well-being of a child. They should provide them with safety, nourishment, support, love, etc. These things aren't always manageable for teachers in school.

If you could have a magic wand and change anything about your profession, what would you change and why?

If I had a magic wand I would change the safety of schools. It's extremely disturbing to see the violence that has been taking place in schools and how it has impacted the well-being of students. No child or teacher should have to be fearful of their life while at school.

What are your hopes for your future? What are the hopes and dreams you want to see come true?

My Hopes for the Future include:

Finding a job that I love and get excited to do
Getting married and having children
Spend time with loved ones as often as possible
Own a house that is near my family
Travel to fun destinations and go on family vacations
Have a strong Church community
Make beautiful memories with family and friends

Then imagine that you are near the end of your life, what would you hope to have accomplished? What would you want to say about your passions and accomplishments?

I would have hoped to accomplish:

Leaving a positive impact on all the students I taught.
To be able to provide a good life for my family.
To remain healthy and be surrounded with good community.
Have a successful/fulfilling marriage
Successfully taught my children how to be respectful and faithful
Have a family that is strong in faith
Have fun and experience new places, foods, and people.

I would say...

That there are unknown accomplishments that I will be excited about. I also hope to still be active and playing some type of sport when I 'm older. I hope to look back on all that I accomplished and say that I did/experienced more that I could have hoped for. I hope to be in a spot that is filled with fulfilling friendships, family, and community.
