Emergency accommodation (refuges and support from the Council) are based on accessing housing benefit. Language barriers, people not being able to access information because English is not there first language. Not knowing what help is available.

Most men are found on the streets, many women are are vulnerably housed, forced to live with perpetrators, sofa surfing etc. which puts them at risk.
