Participants will explore Ohio's Leveled Coaching Model as a transformative framework for accelerating literacy outcomes for students and fostering a culture of literacy within schools. Designed for ESC leadership, instructional leaders, and literacy coaches, this interactive session provides practical tools and strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness, support professional growth, and inspire a collaborative commitment to service efforts between ESCs and local implementation partners to practically apply Ohio’s coaching delivery model focused on student investment.

The ReadOhio Literacy Coaching Project has effectively brought Ohio’s leveled coaching model to life, advancing the goals outlined in Ohio’s Plan to Raise Literacy Achievement. This initiative empowers schools in all four regions of the state by fostering teacher collaboration and cultivating authentic partnerships to sustain a culture of effective literacy. Participants will gain insights on all levels of the coaching model, discovering how it embeds practical, diverse support to teachers navigating literacy innovations and classroom change. Additionally, a comprehensive toolkit of resources will be shared for use by teacher-leaders, coaches, and administrators, to support their ongoing literacy journey.   (100 in this description)
