IT is suspected that the cause was from cattle runoff from pastures. To cleanup, they purged the water treatment plant. </div>]]></description>

The ashes contained harmful chemicals such as cobalt, vanadium, and chromium. These are all known to cause cancer. It cost up to $10 million to remove the sludge. </div>]]></description>
