         <description><![CDATA[<div>A1. Each of the four paragraph suggests that our perspectives on the world are diverse and may not necessarily be the same as mine.<br><br>A2. Who can be called a leader with leadership? I've been thinking about this for a long time, but I still can't give a clear answer. However, if someones are true leader, they should not disappoint their team members who support you and they should participate in everything with the idea that ‘l’ am a person who can be just more active than the others.<br><br>A3. Leaders sometimes have to have a lot of empathy to understand the minds of their team members, but they must be cool-headed overall and be able to judge rationally in anything. Only then can neat work be done based on absolute truth without lies.&nbsp;<br><br>A4. Leaders with soft power that I think include Lee Jung (dancer) and Irene (singer), and outgoing leaders include Kim Yeon-kyung (volleyball player) and Elon Musk (businessman). They all lead the team members in their own style, but the difference between the soft power leader and the outgoing leader seems to be how stable the harmony between the team member and how much more priority their actions have on the world and achievement.<br><br>A5. The leader who I respect is Kim Yu-na. She opened up dreams, hopes, and possibilities to many people. I think, she is a soft yet charismatic person.<br><br></div>]]></description>

Human perception can be concluded in various ways due to various factors, and leadership is expressed by coordinating the diversity that occurs.<br><br>2. Leadership can be seen in various aspects and is perceived differently depending on the aspect. Just as you see and perceive a fixed object called a building in Tokyo in various ways, the same behavior of leaders can be interpreted in various ways depending on values and social situations. Therefore, a person's evaluation of a leader cannot be the criterion for judging that person.<br><br>3. Leaders should be able to admit that our perception can be uncertain.<br><br>4. Leaders who leads with soft power will help the team actively participate and show creativity. On the other hand, leaders who lead with outdoor power will be able to lead efficient tasks.<br><br>5. One of the leaders I respect these days is Leejung, the leader of YG  X. Looking at Leejung, I could feel the power of soft charisma. I think we need to have the sight to see things in different sides and need to understand and accept the diversities in numerous areas.&nbsp;<br><br>2. In paragraph 2, the writer mentioned "vantage point". I think this term clearly emphasizes that we need to see things in different angles as I mentioned in first answer, and this is one of the crucial dispositions that great leaders should have essentially.<br><br>3. Through paragraph 3, I was able to learn that leaders need to act with activated five senses, and need to judge the things without prejudice and stereotype. This talent is really important to leaders so that they can filter out what's wrong or right, what's helpful or not.<br><br>4. I think most leaders have the inborn-soft powers that can attract various people, and would like to work together with high productivity such as Tim Cook, Mark Zuckerberg, or Jeff Bezos. Otherwise, there are some leaders who have extrovert power and take the lead of the association such as Steve Jobs, Elon Musk, etc. These two types have the thing in common that they have the potential to lead the group in positive way, and make the successful output. However, they also have some differences. For example, the leaders who has soft powers will lead their group with natural talent which means that they have the inborn-powers to lead people in good way and have meaningful outputs. Otherwise, Extroverted leaders will lead the group with lots of discussions, and meetings to choose the way they'd like to go and make the outputs.<br><br>5. I personally respect Tim Cook, the CEO of Apple. After Tim Cook became the leader of the Apple after Steve Jobs, lots of people blamed him because of his new type of business. However, several years later, he showed that his way wasn't wrong and made new types of innovations with the intrinsic style of Apple with great design and performance. I think this example clearly show that Tim Cook has soft powers to lead the group with positive way, with good productivity, and with enormous innovations in our life :) </div>]]></description>

Factors that I think its important in leadership are embracing, sense of responsibility.<br><br>3. I think it says that leaders should accept&nbsp; any kind of perspectives if it is different from their opinion. There are no fixed 'truth' and every thinks are valuable to listen, so leaders should listen to their teammates and must not ignore any one of them.<br><br>4. I can compare two leaders in our school, 장상재 teacher and 이성제 teacher.&nbsp;<br>상재 teacher has soft leadership that he encourage us with soft and kind words.
