         <description><![CDATA[<div>I don't have any personal experience with identity fraud but my grandma got her identity stolen a few years ago. It happened when her car got broken into and a guy stole her purse and phone. There first action was to freeze all of there accounts and the second thing they did was contacted the authorities. I don't think i would do anything differently because they didn't lose much of anything and everything turned out ok.</div>]]></description>
