         <title>3. Most morning tardies are out of our and possibly student control. If it is a parent issue the students cannot fix it. If students are here and wasting time then hall monitoring could possibly help.   As far as homework, most items are classwork and some students do not use class time wisely. The work needs completed so it their responsibility to get it done. We have study hall built in for the purpose of getting the activities completed if they need it and some refuse to work, some are in a musical elective.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Homework: They are still rewarded even if they have homework detentions. Not doing your homework multiple times is a behavior where the result is then the teacher's responsibility to work with the student. There isn't a consequence and they then get one-on-one help at homework assistance. There isn't a consequence for late work and they can continue to redo things.&nbsp;<br><br>Tardies: Many of these are not really about the student, but instead about the parents. Timers on the TVs, music, countdowns, etc.  would be very helpful to get students into the rooms on time. </div>]]></description>
