All students engaged in technology - multiple modes of learning (seeing, hearing, creating, reading, speaking).

Evidence of collaboration between students & comfortable environment. Lots of personalization for student projects

because they could choose how and what to share based on their own understanding of advertising content.

The students were well informed and the environment was non-threatening. The students did a great job explaining different tools in the VoiceThread and gave thoughtful feedback. I (Erin) feel like I learned something new from them!

All students engaged and finding new ways to use technology. Minimal instruction needed from teacher; teacher was able to use voicethread.com to give instructions as an exemplar.

Students were engaged and with this technology, the in class work could be expanded to outside of the classroom. We agree that the students were knowledgeable about the technology and they were willing to explore on their own.
