_{"GAME" is universal and has no boundaries. Games echo the traditions of a particular country or region. Games teach us many things while playing, like learning to win and lose, developing sensory skills, counting, adding, identifying colour, improving hand-eye coordination, and finally, having fun.}

_{Additionally, games have a traditional, social, and cultural perspective. The kids come from various socio-economic and familial backgrounds. However, they discover a shared philosophy and game plan when they play these games. Games don't ask kids to be anything other than themselves, whether they live in rural or metropolitan settings or any income stratum.}

The eTwinning puzzle activity we prepared together as partners took place in front of the camera during an online meeting. The students learned about the eTwinning logo by playing a puzzle game.

To welcome the new season, we encouraged our students to express themselves freely by writing about their favorite season and drawing pictures inspired by it.

A creative and engaging activity for all!

We integrated the topic of sea animals from our unit into our eTwinning project. In the role-play activity, students chose a sea animal and acted it out. They both reinforced the topic and had a lot of fun.

Introductory Meeting Held!
Our students met their peers from partner schools, learned about different countries, and introduced themselves with great enthusiasm. A wonderful start to our project!

Under the theme of "Electronic Game" we gamified our curriculum topic on irrregular verbs in the past tense. We used technology and turned our lesson into a game through the wordwall website. By combining our eTwinning project with our English lesson, We successfully completed the activity.

Traditional games are an important part of our cultural heritage. They help children develop physical skills, teamwork and creativity. The game is usuaaly played in an area with four corners, where one child stays in the middle as the "chaser" and the others try to swap corners without being caught. If the chaser catches someone or takes a free corner, the caught player becomes the new chaser.

Can you find us?

We made our preparations to play the game chosen together with our students within the 3rd grade’s English curriculum. We prepared the game together and had lots of fun interacting through this challenging game.

We reinforced regular and irregular verbs related to the past tense. We integrated the curriculum with our eTwinning project.

We needed our students' creative ideas for handmade toys. There were no limitations for this activity. Students created their own games using their own materials. In this context, a puppet was a good option. a puppet made from an old sock, buttons and yarn.

It was a great opportunity for our students to engage in physical activity, improve their coordination skills, and most importantly, connect with cultural heritage through play. We were outside. We played a traditional game hopscotch.

Rhythm Activity with Music Teacher
In collaboration with our Music teacher, we created a rhythm together using our favorite English song. Following the teacher’s lead, students had a great time learning through music!

We have successfully completed our project and made our evaluation.

We created an e-book about the project we did together with our project partners. While designing the book pages, our students both used technology and improved their language skills.

At the end of project, each student was given a certificate with their name on it.

Through the end of our project we started sharing our work even more! Together with other eTwinning projects’ posters, we shared ours around the school as well. This way, all the students, parents and visitors could see our work!
