In addition, 30% of new teachers leave the profession within 3 years and by the end of the 5th year, a total of 50% of those teachers will have left. The current pandemic has created a never before seen challenge for our communities and schools, placing teachers and school personnel with the overwhelming task of facing new challenges and obstacles.
