Level 3 - Need to define "unauthorised" buying/selling in the school.

- Seat change is not very impactful as a resolution - does not make a difference - since senior students do not. have fixed classrooms
Level 2
- Please add Not wearing correct school uniform or rephrase to wearing incorrect uniform
- Not much of an escalation in terms of resolutions between Level 1 and Level 2 for all categories
Add under behaviour:
- Students coming in and going out at will - treating it like a college
- Add Service as a resolution to level 2 as well
Level 3
- We probably need to define and clarify what kind of PDA is not permissible
