This is a small counseling group for high school students (grades 9–12) showing signs of stress and anxiety related to school, peer relationships, and post-secondary planning. The group will offer students a safe and supportive environment to learn skills in general stress management, regulation of emotions, and constructive coping skills. By learning these techniques within a peer-supported environment, students will not only enhance their well-being, but they'll improve their academic achievement as well!
