         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Katie E. - Grade 6</strong></p><p><br></p><ol><li><p>Balance the “what” we teach with “how” we teach. Everything feels a little up in the air with some areas of our grade 6 curriculum. We don't have set units for the year for Reading, Writing, Grammar, and it makes the year feel somewhat scattered. </p></li></ol><p><br></p><ol start="2"><li><p>Use data to facilitate grade level team decisions regarding instructional needs. We sometimes skim over data and don't take the time to reflect and make changes to instruction.</p><p><br></p><p>*On our team we have some very different teaching styles and while that is ok with day to day, it at times feels that we are all doing our own thing. Also at times we seem to agree on something but then all members do not follow through on agreements. </p><p><br></p></li></ol><p><br></p><p><br></p>]]></description>
