A coercive leader would probably make the employees mad by telling them what to do, especially if they were not understanding.
A coaching leader would be better because they are more positive and understanding, and they brought them out of what could have been a bad mood by offering to help and show them the expectations so neither one can slack off.

An affiliative leader would not work with this. Because he would probably just baby the topic instead of just putting a stop to what is going on like a coercive leader would. A coercive leader would have an aggressive tone in his voice and an affiliative leader would use a voice like if he is talking to a kindergartner.

a coaching leader would help the classmates understand a few stuff while they get other things done since there is other stuff needed to be done that day .But a pace setting leader would work because since the schedule is busy and have stuff going on you have positive and high standards for getting your work done.

There is two possible situations in this scenario. The first situation would use, democratic and pace-setting as the leadership approach because there is a possibility that the co-worker did do what was asked for him, and other things like the mail didn't follow through. but then there is also a possibility that he did not do what was asked for him and that would call for the coercive leadership style because he would be problem and not have done what was asked of him.

A Pace-setting leader would be good for this scenario because if a Co-worker was slacking with her performance with her job, she would need to be reminded that others are working hard and she needs t work just as hard. Although pace-setting could be good more this scenario, coaching would also be good for this. Because pace-setting can have it's problems, coaching has more of a positive approach to this situation.

a coercive leader would get mad and upset because some team member arriving late with no explanation even though there was a time set for the presentation and having to wait.An affiliative leader would be good for the scenario because even though some of the team members would be upset with each other arriving late they can get along and work as a team again.
