I would say that this website is more useful for teachers than it would be for students. Teachers can use this website to learn about different authors of children's books. You can also use this website to find different books that you want to use in your classroom.

I think this website is good for teachers and parents. For the teacher aspect is has literacy in the classroom, it gives you ideas and good authors that can be used. For the parents if they wanted more resources to help their child at home there is a literacy at home tab where there are guides, and ideas given to be used at home.

I liked that this website first gave us the biography of the author to introduce us to them and tell us about their life. It gave us the most important details of the author's life. I also liked that the website also gave us a little story about how one of their most famous books came about.

This site would be good for finding authors of books if we don’t know who wrote the book we are reading. It allows us to learn about the author and see what other books they wrote
I liked how easy it was to navigate. This could be a good site to share with children.
My only complaint is that the author interviews aren't listed alphabetically.

I like how this site gives you booklists that you can find an author's books on. This is helpful because if you know you like a certain author but want a specific type of book, you can see their books in certain categories such as 'comforting classics' or 'animals all around'.

One thing I liked about this blog was that it talked about the author a lot. It says about how she is very naturalistic and artistic, so this book is perfect to read around the spring time. This blog also mentioned about how The Tale of Peter Rabbit is a book that should be read towards older children.

I can use this website in the future by taking a deeper look into an author based on the book that the class is reading at the moment. It is useful because it gives info about the specific book you are looking for, what category of books it is listed in, and other books the author has published.

A downfall in the website is the amount of tabs it has. If a younger student had to navigate on their own they could possibly get lost or easily confused.

I think one downfall of this article is that many authors don't have all their books online. Such as there is only 1 book from Shel Silverstein on this website.

I learned that the author for my presentation, Nikki Grimes has a lot more books than I thought. I also learned that she writes her books dedicated to ages 6-9

I did think this site was a bit hard to navigate at first because not all authors have information on this site. There were a couple authors I tried to look up but they didn't end up showing. I was confused but shortly was able to figure it out.
