This current training program will be train servers at AMF Bowling Alley in Norfolk, Va. In the first week, new servers will meet the other employees and learn about the bowling alley, the menu, and league members. Trainers would train the new employee on the floor showing them the lanes, menus, specials for the week, and how to close your shift. New servers will have between 1-2 days to learn and work behind the trainer and be ready to serve on their own.

For the new training program, it would be similar to the current training program. The only thing I would change is first to have an orientation day to meet the current staff and go over small details to be prepared for their first day on the floor with their trainer. I would also suggest to do all online training and testing before starting instead of waiting sometime after the new hire has started.
