  • I would like to know about relationships with co workers, like if there is conflict how is it solved efficiently and if there are conflicts often. I also wonder if there ever is a need for a mediator, since I don't know what represents the HR department at a school. 
  • I want to ask our principal what his vision for our school is, like what is his "perfect" school.

  • When you are having a tough day, how do you manage to keep up with the work and be in a good mood for the coworkers but also for the students at the school? And in relation what are the special aspects of working with a lot of teens?
