You might find some of these not fully appropriate for L10: these are short stories I found vivid and well done, and easily accessible (though sometimes behind minor paywall). If nothing else, some of these might also be used by Roswall or other coaches for Forensics depending on the student, and there are worse things than having a short story general resource. :)

These also lean HEAVILY to the contemporary, because I am quite certain no one needs another recommendation of some of the standards (The Most Dangerous Game/Monkey's Paw, AGAIN? etc) , but I do have some older/more classic pieces linked here that are great, but not selected as often.

We have a number of very good short story collections - this one leaps to mind because I know Jason Reynolds' story "Eraser Tattoo" is often taught in ELA. This collection has some other strong entries, and I have a few others you could peruse.

Probably one of our greatest fantasy short story writers living, we own a number of her collections. I highly recommend "Stone Animals" in Magic For Beginners and "The Summer People" from Get In Trouble.
