Not very keen about the $50RUD charges especially if its regarding backorder. If CC ops process back order but clinic happens to be closed, should not be charging customer the RUD charges.

Feedback on Customer Care Team: To have a directory/list of sales rep in charge and product list. Sometimes customer call, cc ops not able to tell them which sales rep is in charge of which product

Would be good to send an updated list to customers occasionally/or have CC Ops team have the list when customers call over the phone
