Craig had to make the decision to continue going to college or leaving and becoming an entrepreneur like his dad, he decided to comeback to his parents where he and his dad decided to buy there old restaurant back.

Profits

Craig and his dad used the method of buying low and selling high, this means he bought restaurant for cheap then used it to make profit and then after they became successful they would sell and then do it again. Which helped create there main business with everything they need.

Gaining more experience

Craig was having a really hard time finding a job but luckily his sister had a friend that was a worker at McDonald’s and he got hired. This taught him so much about whats successful fast food company is like considering the fact that McDonald’s was huge during this time so the place was crazy busy.

Setbacks

Craig and his new wife finally created Culver’s there first restaurant and at the start of there new journey they would average on a day to day basis one 3 cars in there parking lot which wasn't bring in much money but people came to realize how good his restaurant was a word spread, eventually they were swimming in success

he realized that customers were the most import thing for success so he hired people who were kind and this allowed the company to be a very friendly place to be which added greatly to there success.

Although CULVErs had a menu where people could getting all the most popular fast food foods like burgers, wraps, Chicken sandwiches, and chicken tenders the main reason people enjoyed eating there was because of Craig’s unbelievable butter burgers that no one has had before. This added a uniqueness to the company and was a great success.
