- Highlight more Mentor/Mentee connection, and create a survey to check in with mentors covering the performance of their mentees

- More activity on BLFP social media; host photo challenges for fellows to enter and win La Salle swag (or BLFP points)

- Host virtual happy hours/coffee chats to create a sense of community, but also allow fellows more opportunities to connect and network with one another
