2016- Brother fell out window. Primary focus was my brother, to see how he was healing. During that time, it was contemplated on moving households to switch schools because we weren’t staying where my brother fell out. During the time, we had so much uncertainty.

2019- Secondary Loss, Couldn't attend the college I was prepared to go to. I was prepared right until two days before my move in date. Abruptly couldn't start due to financials.

2004- I was around 4 or 5, I remember a cousin staying with my family and he passed away. I don't have much memories on the death itself, one day he was there, the next I remember my family speaking about his death and how it affected them.

2020- My Uncle (grandmother brother) passed away before the COVID shut down. This was the next big death in my immediate family. This death did affect me a few months after it happened.

2022- My other uncle (grandmothers brother) passed away. This death did affect me as an acute grief. I had a normal reaction. To this day, I still grieve at times.

2025- relationship loss, financial stress. During June, the person I was with had broken up with me, on top of financial and car stress. During this secondary loss, I did start therapy to deal with what was happening and she helped assess and control what I could and tackle what was going on.
