<title>Learning during a pandemic is challenging. I’d like to explore more about equity and accessibility in the context of online/hybrid learning and community building. </title>

<title>I think instructors should really bear DEI in mind and implement it in their teaching sessions. DEI should not be a slogan. It should be implemented dynamically and flexibly based on the situations in classrooms. We have many theoretical discussions, but I wonder if we could have a few scenarios related to teaching and analyze how DEI is/isn’t done well, so instructors can prepare and think about what can be done when they encounter those cases. I am also thinking if there are any evaluation standards or programs that we can refer to when discussing DEI in the classroom.</title>

<title>More support for students to integrate DEI into research methods, so perhaps that means training, specific courses etc. </title>
