According to the results of 2020, despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the proportion of women in senior leadership positions in Malaysia has reached 37%, which is unprecedented the highest record, based on Grant Thornton's annual women's business report. However, the government is still issuing training programs, especially training programs in marketing, labeling, and packaging, as well as business and technical guidance to more than 2,000 female entrepreneurs, in order to increase the proportion of highly skilled female employees in 2021. In addition, key areas are undergoing major changes. For example, reduce the unemployment rate of recent graduates, provide training programs to adapt to the changes in IR4.0, and encourage SMEs to transfer their business from offline to online to expand their business globally, even if we encounter the Covid-19 pandemic disease.
