- Students were very engaged throughout this entire lesson!
- Students enjoyed looking around the classroom and finding things that were quadrilaterals.
Day 4
- During this lesson students had to stand up and show me the different movements of shapes but with their bodies.
- This was funny and entertaining and the students all enjoyed it.
Day 5
- Day 5 went very well. Students really enjoyed working with a partner or in a small group. It was interesting to see which students were understanding which concepts.
- Students loved working with the geoboards and they loved the challenge of breaking apart shapes and using shapes to make others.
Day 9
- Students always enjoy playing Kahoot! so this lesson went very well. 
- I also get to see what students had to work on before their assessment the next day.

- Students learned about the shapes attributes and were able to describe them
- Students learned the differences and similarities between polygons, parallelograms, and quadrilaterals
- Students learned about symmetrical shapes and were able to create the other half of a picture to make it symmetrical
- Students learned about congruent shapes and how two shapes are considered congruent: same shape and size
- Students learned how to partition a shape equally and tell me what each section represents
- Students learned how shapes move and how to identify a shapes movement

How students showed me what they accomplished:
- They showed me what they accomplished on their worksheets and on their assessments. 
- Most students received a 3 (meets the standard) on their assessments.
