I believe that tattoos in the HVAC industry are acceptable, most companies don't really care as long as you work.

I think tattoos would be fine in the workplace as long as it's not on the face, neck, or hands and if it's not obnoxious.

The expectations of individuals not having tattoos in the business world isn't really enforced in today's business world. New business professionals come in all shapes and sizes, from tatted from head to toe to not having tattoos at all.

Dyed Hair: Dyed hair is one of the most temporary out of the three and in most professional settings I would consider inappropriate, but it mostly depends on the policies for the company. I don't have a problem with natural colors either.

In marketing, I don't believe any of these are unacceptable. Well, maybe face tats would be looked down on if you were pitching the idea to a client.

Market

I think any of these is acceptable. It's not the 1960s anymore, and I think people should be able to express themselves how they want. In my job, I think my boss would be pretty pissed off if I didn't dress professionally, but I can't exactly hide neck and hand tattoos.

I think tattoos would be fine in the work place if you're doing your job.

Dyed hair and tattoos might not be the best idea. If your bringing someone to your house to fix the ac you want someone who you can trust.

I think tattoos and piercings, hair color. Are just fine in the field. Nobody cares just do your work.

i think you wont see much of dyed hair but you will see tattoos and peircings .

Heavy equipment diesel tech

Tattoos, piercings, and colored hair in the diesel industry is generally accepted if you are not interacting with customers. If you interact with customers regularly it may hinder you. I believe the industry will discriminate against piercings and colored hair though. And piercings my stop you from a safety standpoint.

Mechanical systems

In my flied I don't they would care about piercings, also long it's in areas that would not harm you when working with machines.

I don't think tattoos, piercings, and dyed hair shouldn't matter as long as they don't affect the way you work and your coworkers

Marketing

Piercings in the workplace. An average person at a business would likely see no issue with it. If they come to a point where they are a distraction, then I would think they would be more in line to ban them. In my personal opinion, I find them to be unprofessional.
