         <description><![CDATA[<p>For sci dept, the use of 5E inquiry pedagogical model allows teachers to employ different tools to achieve the learning objectives at each stage which is framed by the active learning process. For example to Engage, teachers may use a simulation or a video to spark off interest or curiosity for a new topic in science. </p>]]></description>

It could just randomised questions for the questions that typically are provided after the videos for concept development.</p><p><br/></p><p>That could mean we can tap on such randomised questions to do better AfL for our students after the concept development stage.</p>]]></description>

This will allow students to recap the key concepts taught for the topic or the overarching big idea for the theme. Another approach which can be strengthened is to facilitate students using mindmaps to summarize how key concepts are linked.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>At current state, while all teachers have used SLS as part of HBL/Blended learning, not all teachers are using SLS in class. As a school, we could promote the use of SLS in class as a teaching tool to augment existing tools such as google classroom, nearpod, classkick, classpoint etc. Change management is key.</p>]]></description>
