Hannah is a sociable, positive 20 year old student. She is studying geography and sociology in UCC. This is her final year of studies and thinks that being a part of the Made2Move programme will help to relieve stress during the year.
She wants to improve on her physical activity levels and focus on body composition because she feels unfit and after a summer away and needs a boost in confidence. She lives close to college and town so she walks often and has the facilities nearby, but needs extra encouragement to stick to her set goals. She wishes to achieve these goals before her final year ball in February.
Having a plan that fits in with Hannah's busy schedule was the main struggle when creating the plan that follows.
