Locals didn't think it was safe, it was hot, the cattle were refusing to it and didn't like the strange smells of the vaccinators.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The FAO fixed these problems by letting the locals do it. The FAO even said “We’d be lucky to get 20 percent immunity in a herd; our local guys could get 90, 95 percent.” Plus a new variant of the vaccine allowed it to be in the heat and not refrigerated for a month. This made it easier for them to be transported across the Serengeti and other African regions.</div>]]></description>
