My first job as a consultant after college required that I do Stakeholder meetings - and no one had told me what a stakeholder was, so I thought I was walking into a room full of people either holding steaks or stakes, but either way, I was pretty uncomfortable. That's part of why I wrote this unit - we don't all know what these terms mean.

Its not really funny in a nice haha way, but just haha untrue to my definition. At my old job as a drafter, when I was interviewing the office manager told me that the company had gone paperless (this was in 2010 about). If you have ever been in an architecture office, you will have seen probably a full wall full of rolled up drawings for reference and then the same drawings next to them that were the in field check set. Then in the file room, all of the correspondence for all the projects. And then the billing is a whole separate department. All this for all the jobs for the last seven years. I thought paperless meant the whole office had no paper, everything was electronic. She meant that instead of sending hardcopies of all the drawings to the different disciplines we had a cloud service so they could access and print them themselves. Nothing about the office was paperless, the waste of paper was horrifying.

When I was younger, my friends and I would try to go out as much as possible. However, one of my friends' parents would always be reluctant for him to go out. Pretty soon after, we realized that they would always let him out if we were (A) at his house, and (B) if we asked his parents for him. So over time, we had a procedure whenever we wanted him to go out where we would get an excuse to get near his house by either going, "Oh we left this here" to over time them realizing and us helping out with groceries or chores to get him out of the house.

A policy from my middle school was in order to enter the school, you had to have complete uniform and short hair for the mad side. Unfortunately on the day of my exam I was denied to enter to school due to having long hair. I told the teacher if I could please just pass to due my exam and then that I would leave, but my teacher said NO. He said I could come in after I got a haircut, I told him I didn't had money for getting a haircut right now. But I remember I had my scissors so I my self cut my own hair at the entrance of the school. The teacher was left speechless, I told him "okay now I'm doing my exam". To me this was a very funny moment because the teacher really didn't like me so it was funny for him to see me asking him to let me in the school. He didn't thought I would take such action in order to get to my exam. at the end I did got to due my exam and I passed it with 7 out of 10, so not bad at all.
