The first time we met via text message, I knew you were the one. AYIEEEEEEEEHHHHHHHH!!!!! Seryoso po HAHAHAHA. Hindi ko makakalimutan yung first few weeks ko because I was supposed to start Nov 16, pero nasa hospital kami ng family. Sobrang bigat ng mundo nun, hindi ko alam paano ako magsisimula sa PMI pero maswerte ako sayo ako napunta. (AYIEEEEEHHHH part 2!!!) Never ako napressure noon, naging considerate ka, and you cared. Alam ko agad na nasa mabuting kamay ako, kasi cN0 b nMn aQu0h para mabigyan ng ganung considerations given na marami namang applicants na ready na agad sumabak? You are one of a kind, paps. Mapunta man ako sa ibang company, makakilala man ako ng bagong boss, forever kong maaalala to and ikkwento ko sa lahat yung experience na yun.

Ang hirap magmaintain ng relationships virtually, and I appreciate that I never felt alone dahil sayo (AYIEEEEEHHHHHH part 3!). There are times na pakiramdam ko wala aQu0h fRi3nDz kasi ako lang walang kasama na same process here sa Manila, sometimes may meeting kayo na wala me, and at times feel ko hindi ako connected sa lahat pero naappreciate kong sinigurado mong mali ako HAHAHAHA. Pag medyo silent me kasi di ako makarelate para mo ako kinakalabit sa chat parang hudyat na kailangan ko na magbigay ng inputs. Kumbaga sa pack of wolves, the leader always ensures that nobody gets left behind. Di ko alam kung legit yun pero yun yung nasaliksik ko.

so, ayun na nga.. dahil 1 year ahead ka lang naman sa akin, happy 25th birthday mula sa anak mong napako sa 24 ang edad!!! hahaha!!

na-chika ko naman na lahat ng mga kapangitan sa buhay opisina ko before kaya lagi kong sinasabi na sobrang hanga ako sa leadership mo.. tuloy tuloy mo lang yan, popsh at malayo ang mararating mo... baka bandang Canada din.. charizzz!!! hehe... kidding aside, know that our team is so lucky to have such an incredible boss/ leader/ mentor/ supporter/ friend :)

Happy Birthday Josep/ Papsi/ Popsicles/ Father AJ!! Sa dami ng tawag ko po sa inyo kayo lang ang nagiisang BEST BOSS EVER!!

Sobrang hindi ko makakalimutan yung kindness na pinakita niyo po sakin lalo na sa worst time of my life which is nung nagka-Covid kami buong family tapos nasa hospital pa both parentals ko non. Never ko po naramdaman yung pressure na pumasok agad and sobrang considerate and understanding niyo non kahit ang daming gagawin that time. Sobrang grateful and na-appreciate ko to have a lead like you. Work or non-work related, salamat sa mala-Master Shifu teachings :) Sobrang dami ko pong natutunan sa inyo.

Papsie, thank you for saving me from the gates of hell hahaha. No pun intended, it feels like im living in hell dun sa previous company ko. That's why being here in PMI feels like my second life.

Salamat for taking care of the whole team. I know its hard to build a relationship virtually but I never felt that with you. It been 6 months pero it feels na mas matagal na tayo magkakilala. And with that 6 months, hindi ko masyado naramdaman na nagwowork ako because I'm super happy with my leader and my colleagues.

Malakas naman ako kay Lord kaya I wish na he will grant you long life and more happiness because you deserve it. Also, best of luck sa married life mo papsie.

Always thankful that we can talk about things outside of work – pets, hardships, kalokohan, kaba$htu$han and everything in between.

Thank you for showing us that we can be human at work. You are the most humane leader ever (I wish you get the same treatment tho lol).

You once shared na yung boss mo dati sinabi sayo na kunin lahat ng magagandang ugali sa mga naging boss, and be that leader pag meron nang sariling team at sa tingin ko isa to sa mga mareretain ko from you for the rest of my career.
