1 manager involves people and lots of data.

1 manager involves volunteering campaigns outside of the company.

1 manager involves videography, comms and social media posts.

Overall, i’d say its a unique mixture of different skills which is good. I’m pretty sure i’ll have a bunch of things to add in my resume and new things to learn with the time I have left. However, my time management skills are really challenged when all 3 of them are asking for completely different tasks at the same time.

So for all my intern friends, if there is one thing I’m taking away from this experience is that this is the life of a corporate slave.

In short I am happy with what I am doing. Despite working in private sector, I hv become a part of think tank for the politicians at gov side, plan programs for the people, political narrative researching, outreaching young talents and volunteers, it’s really my passion since uni days, hv been offered as contract staff after internship and im grateful for that

Good environment + near to house + connections + chance to grow skill are main reasons im staying here than risking to restart again in another company

I wont sacrifice my sanity just for 200-300 ringgit different, 500-1k might be considerable hahaha you might think of it too right?
