Subject: complain about laptop purchased at FPT shop on 10 April 2018

In the future, I want to design a robot to do housework. Its name is Terminator and looks like a human. The sensor system allows it detect objects and move the road. It is controlled by microchip, processors and runs for a long time with lion batteries. It can communicate and interact with a human with artificial intelligence, listen and voice with 7 languages. The Terminator moves with 2-wheels and self-balance system. It helps do all the work in the family from cleaning, cooking, playing with children to healthcare. I plan to sell it for $ 1000 and hope it will be welcomed by people.

At 9 am yesterday, an electrical incident occurred in the plant's area. A worker checked electrical equipment was electrocuted. He was electrocuted when checking the electrical system of the factory. The manager found him lying on the floor in a coma. people quickly took him to the nearest hospital. He was emergency timely so he was not life-threatening and He was burnt on the right hand. We then investigated the cause of the accident. He was not careful during the inspection and did not perform any electrical safety measures while working.

The project will have 7 parts and lasts for 4 months. Part A: The contract will be signed on 6th, June 2016. Part B: Planning works will include: Basic design confirmation, Detail design , approval of equipment instrument list and Coordination with ME design lasts from 13-Jun to 11-Jul. Part C: Civil work will consist of: preparation, building work, chemical area, finishing and reinstatment work will last from 4-Jul to 25-Jul. The equipment will be supplied and installed from July, 11th to 25th-July. The project will start supplying power on 1-Aug to 8-Aug after commissioning and test running and making handover to customer. The Commissionning and Test run, Documentation & Hand over will last 15-Aug to 29-Aug.

After this project, I expect, we can replace cable network in an office to connect to the Internet. The project is going to last for 5 days, from August 10th to August 14th. We also have $5,000 for this project. Our available tools are 10 electrical sockets, 10 computers, and 5 sets of installing tools. We need a 100-meter cable, 10 modems and 10 wi-fi routers. For the task schedule, we are going to replace cable network and install new computers on August 10. After that, we are going to connect cable to new computers on 11th. The date for installing the modem and Wi-Fi generator is the 12th. We are going to activate new network system on the 13th. Finally, on the 14th of August, we will test and report about the new network. For maintenance, we will check daily operation, make trouble report and support customers in trouble shooting.
