2) I applied the strategies for respectful dialogues by Active Listening to my teammates during the discussion and did not interrupt them when they are voicing out their ideas.

3) After having heard everyone in my team some insights we gained on the issue/topic was that we had discussed that if the Singapore Government were to give free medical care, the standard of living in Singapore will rise such as GST going up from 9% as well as taxes increasing etc.
