It’s a heartwarming story which is about the friendship of a WW2 soldier , Frank and an amazingly brave dog, Judy Was born in china and was saved by the British
She went through many hardships and even won a noble prize for her kindness and strength. She even became a POW( prisoner of war) She also got bitten by a crocodile! But she was strong enough and she survived. She motivated people when times were rough and kept everybody’s spirts high. I love this book because it has an enormously readable account of animal and human companionship and survival;I recommend it for budding historians and fans of survival stories. The Ickabog is set in the mythical land of Cornucopia, which is ruled by King Fred. The Ickabog is a monster that is said to inhabit the marshes of the North, used to explain the disappearance of sheep and people that wander into the marshes, and used to scare children. Many Cornucopians said it is a myth. But can a myth unseat a beloved king? Could a myth bring a once happy country to its knees? Could a myth thrust two brave children into an adventure they never asked for and never expected? Read this book to find out if a myth has that much power. But I warn you, it’s a bit sad. What a brilliant book! It meant to be a children's book, and yet it is perfect for adults too. You can easily finished the whole book within couple of days because the story is really interesting. It makes you so curious to know what is going to happen next.

Book 6-10 is about 6 other dragons. And book 11-15 is about 5 other dragons. All the series are still connected as one. The first series in wings of fire is about 5 dragons, Clay, Tsunami, Sunny, Glory and Starflight, who are part of a prophecy that is made to end the war that is going on between all the dragon tribes. However Tom was still not satisfied with the answer he got so he snuck out at midnight and followed the gang. August had been homeschooled since he was small and he is remarkably smart for children of his age. This story commences with August going to a school called Beecher Prep for beginning his fifth grade. The story brings out all the ups and downs he faces from his first day of school until his graduation. This book is very realistic since it depicts how August gets bullied and is socially isolated for being different, therefore I think almost everyone will relate to this influential story. This book efficiently puts light onto the theme of intolerance by society towards someone who is different. It is the kind of story that I feel is necessary for everyone to read. I feel like alot of people can learn alot about this book! I really enjoyed reading it
