Research title - The social impact of migrants and refugees on Azerbaijan.
1. Formulation of hypothesis
There can be different claims:
1) Migrants and refugess lead confusion with spreading their custom, tradition and viewpoint etc. So, our nation will undergo assimilation.
2) Allocating shelters and vital assistance to the helpless migrants, country will become a multicultural one which has a great respect to the divirsities, although they influence population's pre-existing thoughts.
2. Objective of study - Is accepting migrants and refugees policy of Azerbaijan appropriate for local people? Does the government have to take account of mentality of population?
3. Methodology - Socio-legal and comparative research methods could be used. Socio-legal or emprical research assists you to learn social impact of legal decisions on people. Comparative method analyzes two or more condition, and seeks to identify similarities, differences. E.g comparison between Azerbaijan and Australia's migrant/refugess accepting policy. There is no need to use doctrinal method, because It studies social factors/aspects.
4. Sampling methods - Firstly, using probability sampling methods is more effective to gain objective inferences. Simple random sampling is more appropriate than others, because there is a chance for everyone to be a participant of sampling. Stratified sampling could be used, too. For example, selecting participants randomly from different regions of Azerbaijan.
5. Potential sources of data - Primary sources could be used. First, in primary sources, researcher has to clarify whether there are specific laws addressed to migrants or refugees. E.g a researcher should be aware of existence of Migration Code of Azerbaijan. Also, there is the decree of the President of Azerbaijan about establishment of State Migration Service.
6. Data collection tools - Interviews, questionnaires, observation, focus group are relevant choises for investigating attitudes of people to this issue.
7. Analysis and interpretation of data - Collected datas are analyzed. Using deductive reasoning method will help us to get objective results. E.g Before interviewing ordinary persons, then specialists (could be a lawyer) who deal with migration/refugee processes.
8. Verification of findings - A researcher needs to verify, cross check the clarity of the data which he/she has collected, as well as he/she needs to check whether he is conducting everything in accordance to the methodology part.
9. Conceptualization - is a part for researched claim which has been verified completely after investigation.

Formulate a hypothesis- The inclusion of migrants and refugees has a positive social effect on Azerbaijan.
2. Objectives of the study- What kind of social effects do migrants and refugees have on Azerbaijan?
3. Methodology- Non-doctrinal . Because, it doesn't need only law skills. And this method is concerned with social values and people.
4. Sampling- Snowball . Because , this topic isn't openly discussed. And we ask it from the proper ones.
5. Potential sources of data- Laws (about migration and refugees),
reports, thoughts of people.
6. Data collection tools to be used- İnterview (İ think it is necessary for the talking with proper ones, as i mentioned in snowball sampling method), questionarrie (it is necessary for talking with people about their opinions).
7. Analysis and interpretation of data- İnductive. Because, it starts from facts which generalization is inferred.
8. Verification of findings- Laws, reports and thoughts of people.
9. Is it possible to observe the impact of migrants and refugees on religious and ethnic communities in Azerbaijan? How can this be linked to religious intolerance? How can this impact of refugees and migrants on women, children and men be characterized?
3. Socio-legal and Comparative
4. Snowball sampling - If I interview any migrant and refugee, I can learn the whereabouts of others from them
Purposive sampling - This method is more appropriate for existing research. Because I can choose samples based on the requirements of the research.
5. Secondary sources: books, journals, articles
Non-legal sources: opinions of people, experiences
6. Interview - Through the interview, it will be possible to learn the person's private opinion on this topic
Questionnaire - Because it is possible to draw a conclusion by getting a general idea through the questionnaire
Observation - In my opinion, observation is very important when conducting research on many topics. Because in this case, the researcher forms certain idea about topic
7. In my mind, the deductive method is more appropriate for this topic. Because it is necessary to come to a special conclusion as a result of questionnaire and interviews. That is, we must collect general information from sources and turn it into a special result.
8.

1. Formulate a hypothesis – Migrants and refugees have negative social impact more than a positive impact

2. Objectives of the study – How does immigration of migrants and refugees affect the country? For which fields are they good/bad?

3. Methodology – I think socio-legal research method is more appropriate, because I research for a non-legal event, its effect on society. It is concerned with the social values and people. But, as we know, doctrinal research is based on legal concepts, works in a legal framework and doesn’t consider the factors such as economic, political and social.

4. Sampling – I think simple random or stratified random sampling is appropriate. As I research the impact on Azerbaijan, then I will need the whole population of the country (simple random sampling). Or if we consider that there are migrants and refugees in the population, then I will take them out and only local population will be left (stratified random sampling). Or I can use convenience sampling, if I don’t have enough time to research, I can contact not with the whole population, but the people that have proximity for me.

5. Potential sources of data – using of non-legal sources is relevant, I mean if I want to know the social impact on the country, the best source for me may be the population of the country, because migrants and refugees contact with the locals.

6. Data Collection tools to be used – interview, questionnaire and observation may work. As I mentioned, I will contact with people and I need these tools to collect information/data.

7. Analysis and Interpretation of data – In this step we analyze the data that we collected, and inductive method will be our legal reasoning method. Because we come to a conclusion based on our research’s result. I mean, we collect data not from the every member of population, but from most of them. The answers of these members are specific. According to these specific answers we come to a general conclusion.

8. Verification of findings – this step is for verifying, checking the clarity of the data that I have collected, if they comply with the methodology part or not.

9. Conceptualization – this part is for confirming our research in accordance with the hypothesis part. It generalizes the final result grounded on the research.

1. Migrants and refugees can weaken a country socially, economically and sometimes politically.
2. Who are migrants/refugees and what is their role in the socio-economic and political arena?
3. I think we can use doctrinal. Because, doctrinal helps to us for systematical research. But we can also apply to socio-legal.
4. If I were, I would choose non-probability sample method. Because, we have a certain measure. Probability does not work here. Or rather, it will not be useful.
5. I would prefer the primary source here. For example: laws, acts, etc. related to them. But at the same time, I think a secondary source can help clarify my hypothesis. In particular, it will help to answer my question.
6. I am undecided. Questionnaires and ankets may be helpful. People's approach to the issue can also create effective results and ideas in the course of research. Obsevation as well. But interviewing a professional in this field can also be very useful.
7. I think this varies depending on the research method I choose and my data collection choice. In this case, the most appropriate version may be a inductive method.
8. It is important that the information is valid. And this also serves it. It also ensures that our conclusions are not in doubt.
9. The generalization of findings may be stated in the form of concept. That is, we systematize and summarize the research results within a certain framework so that the research results are clearly accepted by everyone.

Because this question related to social factors.
Also socio legal research lays different and lesser emphasis upon legal doctrines and concepts.
We can't use doctrinal research, because doctrinal research method doesn't reflect social factors. We can't use comparative, because this matter related to our internal matter
4) I think that we may use simple random sampling, because this sampling is a trustworthy method of obtaining information. I think that the opinion of the population are more valuable for social influences
5) Potensial sources: I think that we may use non- legal sources: 1) thoughts of people, experiences. Because we proof social influences with experiences and thoughts of people
6) Data collection tools: I think that we may use Interview, because this tools help us to contact people.I think that the thoughts of the population are more valuable for social factors.
7) Data analysis and interpretation is the process of assignigs meaning to the collected information and determining the conclusions, signifiance and implications of the findings. I think that we use inductive method, because we will come to conclusion, with from specific thoughts to general thought
8) Verification of findings: the findings of research will be compared with the result of previous similar studies.
9) Conceptualization: Conceptualization is the act or process of forming an idea or principle in your mind

1. Formulation of hypothesis- The flow of migrants and refugees may decrease the quality of the life and cause social problems (e.g crime), ethnocultural conflicts
2. Objectives of the study- To what extent can the influx of refugees and migrants cause problems in the country?
3. Methodology- Mainly, we can use socio-legal and qualitative research, because this research needs more experiment not theory. İn order to get more information we need to conduct interviews with experts. We can also use doctrinal research.
4. Sampling- For this topic, i prefer to use non-probability sampling methods, because it is more specific topic. Mainly, i would use judgmental and snowball sapmling methods. İ would use judgmental sampling, because not everyone can answer questions, only experts of this issue can answer. İ would use snowballsampling, if i know fewer experts of this issue, then they can help me to find other experts.
5. Potential sources of data- İ think, secondary and non-legal sources could be more relevant. For example reports, encyclopedias, articles about related issue. Non-legal sources can be relevant, because for our research we need to be aware of people’s opinions about the issue.
6. Data collection tools- İnterview and observation. For more and precise information we need to take interviews from specialists of the issue. Main migration related agencies in Azerbaijan are Ministry of İnternal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, State Migration Service etc. We can take interviews from representatives of these agencies. And we can also get information through observation. We can identify by observation what happens in the country after the influx of migrants and refugees, how it impact our society.
7. Analysis and interpretation of data-We mainly use inductive method, because we need to generalize our facts and arrive at a conclusion. Another reason for it, the facts that we got through our interviews and observation have specific character and they need to be generalized.
8. Verification of findings- We need to verify our findings by comparing previous results of the same research.
9. Conceptualization- At the first stage of research, we promote hypothesis. After the all steps of research, we come to conclusion and prove our hypothesis through results of the research.

Research Title- The Social Impact of Migrants and Refugees on Azerbaijan

1.	Migrants create some social problems in Azerbaijan such as unemployment.

2.	After which period did the flow of migrants begin? How was condition of our country before the flow of migrants? What happened after the flow of migrants? What were the positive and negative effects of the flow of migrants?

3.	Socio-legal(empirical) – because it is based on observation, not on theory.

Qualitative-because it is based on individual interviews and observations.

Analytical-because we carefully examine data which we have collected and evaluate them in order to determining a conclusion.

4.	Simple Random Sampling- We say social impact, therefore it comes directly from society and our population. Because it is related to our entire population and migrants influence all of us. Everybody’s opinons are important for us and simple random sampling give us unbiased information. Every member of our population has a chance to be a part of this research.

5.	Non-legal sources: basicly people’s opinions. Because it is directly related to our population and their opinions are more important to define social impact of migrants on Azerbaijan.

6.	Interview. We can ask our questions face to face and it could be convenient for us to formulate an idea about social impact of migrants.

7.	After data collection, we have to analyze and interpret it. Analysis and interpretation are necessary for gaining a final decision and systematic information.

I think inductive method is relevant for us. Because we start from more specific to generalization. For example, from one person to 1000 people. We collect individuals’ opinions and then we generalize them.

8.	Verification of findings. In this step we have to compare our findings of research with the previous ones. And we have to be sure data which we have collected are reliable.

9.	Conceptualization. In this step, we see that our hypothesis is true or not. Do migrants create social problems in Azerbaijan or not? It is important step for generalization and concluding our ideas and thoughts.

It's historically process
4)Let's remember that today our refugee problem is not as bad as 1990. That's why elderly people ( who are witnesses of that situations) can explain the situation more clearly. That's why we can use quota sampling and ask about this issue the people who are 40+
5)laws on refugee camps. The statistics of the number of refugees and migrants.laws on social help to them. All decisions about the protection of migrants.cases about the social problems between migrants and local population. Refugees themselves maybe. + migration. gov. az ( reliable).
6)I think interview among population would be more useful. You can ask people: what do you think : do they damage the social life of the country? Because you need a lot of time for observation.maybe years. You should look how the life changed after they come? It is so difficult and impossible. That's why you can ask people their thoughts about Refugees.
7)you can compare the documents on social help for Refugees with people's thoughts and feelings
8) to prove the impact of documents' for social help to Refugees and migrants.
9) refugees and migrants really damage the social life of country. Because when the state has a problem with its own citizens when it has to provide them with social assistance.

Research title – The social impact of migrants and refugees on Azerbaijan
1. Formulate a hypothesis (what would be your central claim(s)?)- In addition to positive impacts of migrants and refugees, there are also negative social impacts on Azerbaijan.
2. Objectives of the study (provide your potential research questions) - In your opinion, if arrivals of migrants and refugees were restricted in the past, nowadays would a big part of Azerbaijan be under occupation?
3. Methodology (e.g. doctrinal, socio-legal, comparative?)- It is qualitative research, because it is used to gain an understanding reasons, opinions and motivations. Analytical, critical, historical studies must be applied for answering this question. And research is non- doctrinal, because it is concerned with social impact of foreigners, not legal propositions.
4. Sampling (which type(s) should be applied and why?) - I think researcher can be used judgmental or purposive sampling method and snowball sampling method. It depends on researcher’s conditions. If he/she knows historians, he/she must be used judgmental or purposive sampling method. Otherwise, he/she must be used snowball sampling method.
5. Potential sources of data (which? why?) - Researcher can be used secondary authority of law such as encyclopedias, historical books and non-legal sources: memories and so on. Why? Because it is not doctrinal research. It is social-legal research.
6. Data Collection tools to be used (which? why?) - Interview and focus group discussion can be applied. For example: researcher can take interview from historians. Or focus group discussion can be carried out among historians.
7. Analysis and Interpretation of data (what is this step for? which legal reasoning method should be applied? why?) – Analysis and interpretation of data is important for explanation, justification of data in large form. And they are used for editing, coding of data. I think deductive method must be used. Deductive method is the process of reasoning from given premises to necessary conclusions. And researcher can conclude that in addition to positive impact of migrants and refugees, there are also negative social impacts on Azerbaijan. So, reason of occupation of lands of Azerbaijan may be refugee and migrants.
8.

1. Hypothesis: During the history, refugees and migrants from different regions and countries, either voluntary or urgent, came and every one of them had specific and undeniable impact on Azerbaijani society, traditions, culture and history, in both positive and negative way.
2. Objectives of the study: There can be questions such as: “ What do you think about migrants/refugees?”, “Can they be adapted to our traditions, mode of life?” , “ What is the positive/negative impact on our society?”.
3. Methodology: I use socio-legal methods, because learning for the current situation doctrinal methods can’t be so effective. But in historical approach, the doctrinal methods can also be used. However, in my opinion, non-doctrinal methods are better than doctrinal methods.
4. Sampling: In order to learn all population’s opinions and reducing bias I use probability sampling methods, especially simple random sampling and cluster sample methods. With the help of cluster method I can get information from different characteristic people: men and women, people from different ages and different location. But I aslo want to learn some scholars or politican’s thoughts and in this situation it can be addressed to judgmental or purposive sampling.
5. Potential sources of data: Society(its members); because I do empirical research.
6. Data collection tools to be used: Interview, questionnarre and also observation. The researcher can observe local people’s behaviours toward migrants/refugees. Because in some situations, people’s words and behaviours aren’t the same.
7. Analysis and interpretation of data: In this step, the researcher takes into account all data he/she collected and determine the result or make a statistical analysis. I think inductive method is relevant. Because the researcher learns some people’s opinion and considers their responses also others’ approach.
8. Verification of findings: For this, the consequences can be compared with other surveys which are done in Azerbaijan or other countries and their situation.
9. Conceptualization: It is difficult to guess people’s opinions. But I wrote in my hypothesis there are also positive and negative impacts on Azerbaijan and I think that in the end of the research I can still support my opinion.

1. Hypothesis- migrants and refugees create unemployment and other social problems2. objectives. How can we reduce social problems also, unemployment problems which are created by migrants or refugees.3.methodology- if we want to investigate the social impact of migrants or refugees we must prefer socio-legal research. Socio-legal research is empirical and seeks people’s ideas. But doctrinal research just investigates facts and principles. It doesn’t consider the importance of social factors. The comparative method is partially compatible. We can look experience of other countries but probably, the social impact of migrants or refugees would be different in Azerbaijan. The analytical study is also useful. It carefully examines and evaluates the issue. The critical method will help to find out the advantages and disadvantages of the social impact of refugees and immigrants. 4. Sampling: Probability sampling methods are very appropriate for this research. Because we have to learn the social impact of an immigrant in Azerbaijan and we can get ideas about social impacts from hole immigrants and total citizens of Azerbaijan. So the probability method is suitable for getting ideas of total people. Simple random and Stratified sampling are more compliant. Because Every member will be selected randomly and they have an equal chance. So getting general and total ideas will be more flexible. 5. Potential Sources of data- non-legal sources: thoughts of legal entities, opinions of citizens, the experience of specialists. Primary sources: laws, codes about immigrants and refugees in the Azerbaijan, secondary sources: Reports, journals, newspapers6.. Data collection tools: Firstly, we must search for laws codes about immigrants in Azerbaijan. Then we can collect opinions of Azerbaijan people, foreign and internal refugees and immigrants in Azerbaijan. We can conduct a survey, questionnaire. Then we can use some secondary materials such as journals newspapers about the social impact of immigrants. We can get an interview from legal entities. 7. Analysis and interpretation of data: it is useful to understand data and issues. I think that deductive legal reasoning method is very important. Because if we would use a few opinions of people and we would evaluate hole issue for these opinions, it won’t be fair and clear, So deductive method firstly studies hole issue then specializes it.8.Verification of findings- we must re-check the data, the sources, all the information and we must be sure they are correct 9.Conceptualization- we make a claim in the hypothesis and conceptualization is an idea that has finally been confirmed. We firstly investigate the claim, and finally, the idea appears. Discovering the main idea is conceptualization.

I think, If we talk about the social impact, non-doctrinal research method can be more useful. Because it is concerned with people, social values. We can mainly use qualitative research, we can gain an understanding reasons, opinions. Because in qualitative research, researcher analyses the situation with the experience. In some issues, quantitative research can also be useful. Example, we can compare social life of the people the number of migrant in different years.

Selection of sample – In my opinion, probability sampling methods can be appropriate to our topic. For example, we can use the cluster sampling. We can research the impact of migrants and refugees on different social groups. (impact on unemployment and etc) in statistics

Data collection – Observations, interviews, schedules, in some points questionnaries

Analysis and interpretation of data – In this topic, we try to explain the general topic. It is not doctrinal , because doctrinal does not take into consideration the social factor and and it is narrow. It is theoretical study. Doctrinal research is based on legal sources, but in this topic we need non-legal sources. This research is qualitative research, because it is related to opinions, reasons and interviews and etc. It is not related to statistic in my opinion .As a legal reasoning method it is inductive. Because it comes from specific to generalization. It is not deductive, beacuse it is not based on laws, principles.
4. Sampling method: Stratified sampling method. I think it is more relevant for our research. For an objective, comprehensive research it is so relevant for me.
5. Potensial sources of data: Potensial sources of data is opinions, thoughts, impressions of the people who live in Azerbaijan.
6. Data collection tools are interviews, schedules, inquiry, questionnaire. This is an empirical research and data collection means are these here.
7.Analysis and interpretation of data : This step ,as we see from its name, is for analysing and interpreting the data which we gain before. Whether it is logical or how many degree it is true. I think, it is for that. As a legal reasoning it is inductive, because it is from specific to generalization. It is concerning with testing hypothesis. It is not related to rules, law, principles
8. This step is for verification of facts. For proving of our information.
9.Conseptualisation: The datas show that refugees and migrants have bad social impact on social life on the people in Azerbaijan.

Hypothesis-Migrants and refugees have both negative and negative impacts on Azerbaijan
2- 1)What are the harms and benefits that these people bring with them to Azerbaijan?
2) What are the thoughts of local people about them?
3) What is the level of interaction between locals and migrants (refugees)?
4. Are the reasons of migrants and refugees the same for coming to Azerbaijan? (This question reflects position of both sides in society)
3- we must use non-doctrinal (empirical) method besause this research cannot based solely on theory, but on observation. We can use analytical method (define harms and benefits on our society), then we can criticize the disadvantages of this impact and predict future changes. Also the social impact of these people can be different in different regions of country. Using comparative method we can investigate them. İt is a qualitative research, because the needed things are opinions, not numerical data
4-Different methods can be used, but to get precise answer , stratified random sampling and purposive sampling are the most important ones. In stratified random sampling we divide people to 2 parts:locals and migrants and refugees. The participants of locals can be used more for understanding the impact. Total-5000 people and Locals- 3000 migrants and refugees-2000. Then we can coose them randomly.

But if there is time constraint we can use purposive sampling by giving questions. First question- are you migrants? If the answer is "No", then ask "What do you think about migrants and refugees?" Or "Is their coming beneficial or not?" If the answer to the question ( are you migrants) is "Yes", ask "How is the behaviour of locals towards you?"
5- we use non-legal sources, because laws can' give the essential information. Bur we divide non-legal sources to 2 parts: primary and secondary
Primary non-legal sources are observations, interviews, questionnaries (that are directly collected by researcher)
Secondary non-legal sources are websites, books, articles (that are not absolutely reliable, but useful)
6- Interviews and schedules are the most effective ones. Also pre- determined questions that are used them can be applied to questionnaries. Observations can be used, too. (Behaviours of locals and migrants and refugees to each other can easily describe the current situation)
7- this step is used to form the general view of research report and give the chance to researcher to relate the parts of them. Inductive reasoning method is used. Because all information create general conclusion for researcher.
8- for comparing other researching reports on this topic and find deficiencies in research 9- for understanding if this reseacrch gives the adequate answer to hypothesis

Objectives of the study-How far migrants and refugees affect the social situation of the population, this impact is negative or positive
3. Methodology- Empirical research (we need broader scope), Critical approach (disadvantages and advantages are identified), Quantitative (how many people think that migrants have negative impact or positive impact society, how many people think that they have serious impact)
4. Probability, Simple Random Sampling- I think, everybody has opinion about this topic, because it affects their lifestyles, learning their experiments in this period can be very helpful for this research and we do not need any criteria for it, that is why Simple Random Sampling is the most relevant.
5. Non legal sources can be helpful, because it is non-legal events, memories, people’s experiences can be learned or if we want to research the past, we can use old documents, commentaries.
6. Data collection tool- Interview, because it is more helpful tool for simple random sampling, pre-determined questions can be asked in a face-to-face interaction.
7. Analysis and Interpretation of data- Inductive method (from particular case to general case), for example we appeal to 1000 people and according their opinions we come to certain result, opinions of these thousand people express opinions of entire population.
8. We compare hypothesis and interviews, and identify that this claim is right or wrong.
9.

Title: Social impact of migrants and refugees on Azerbaijan
1. Objectives : Why is it global problem ? Which negative and positive sides of it? Which measures should be carried out for preventing of negative impacts of migration?
2. Formulation of hypothesis: Positive and negative social impact of migrants and refugees on Azerbaijan(Actually I think that there aren't any big negative social problems for Azerbaijan in comperative with other countries, but taking into account that migration is a global problem today,we can say that there will may big social problems for our, that's why we should research both negative and positive sides of it)
3. Methodology- I think that we should apply to social-legal research, because doctrinal research doesn't take into account social, economic, political factors, but if migration creates social economic impacts in the country,it will influence the law and these impacts will be regulated with the help of the law. İn other words doctrinal research is solely based on theory, law, written documents, but our aim is to research social impact of migrations, so it is associated with society, that's why research is carried out in the society and it should be based on experiment and observation, because we can't define social impact of it solely basing on law or written document.İt looks like legal interpretevism, because they say that it is impossible to define results of any law in advance and without any practice. We should apply to qualitative research, because we want to define social impact of migrations and we shouldn't be based on statics or schedules, and we can't refer the results of our country to other countries ,it means that the results of our research can not be generalized easily. At the same time we can use comperative research to compare our results with other countries results. We must use critical research because we want to define both negative and positive sides of it.
4. Sampling - non-probability sampling methods can be used, it isn't appropriate to choose people randomly, because the people who are chosen, they don't know social impacts of migration. İn this case we should use snowball sampling to get required information from the persons who know about social impacts of migrations or we can use judgemental sampling method, because we have certain aim and we researched it the cities where migration flow is more.
5. Potential sources of data - legal sources - laws about migration (national and international laws), scientific works about social impact of migration; non - legal sources: experiment and observation. (Why? We should apply to legal sources, because as we said that social impacts of migration can be regulated by law, we should non-legal sources, because we can define social impacts of migration basing on experiment and observation in the society.
6. Data collection tools: the most appropriate tools are interview and observation. As we note above social impacts can be defined on the basis of thorough research and we can get thorough information with the help of interview with experts and observation.
7. Analysis and interpretation of data: İn this step collected information is analyzed and checked, examined.
8. Vertification of findings: in this step findings are examined and is defined that these findings are true or not or these findings are enough or not to answer the research questions
9. Conceptualization: in this step hypothesis that given before is grounded. Hypothesis is idea, but conceptualization is grounded idea, because we have already researched it.

1. Formulation of hypothesis : The impact of migrants and refugees on the lifestyle and social life of the Azerbaijani population .
2.Objectives of the study : *Will this have a negative or positive impact on the lives of the population?
*Will it affect unemployment, demography, welfare of people and other things?
3.Methodology : Doctrinal and socio-legal are useful . For doctrinal , because we must work with documents , papers and etc . Reason for socio -legal , this experiment , research deal with society , people's social life .
4 .Sampling : We can use probability and non-probability sampling for various reasons . Reason to choose probability : İf we want to learn people's opinion about migrants and refugees in the country , we can uuse it . This can reduce discrimination and bias among people , also covers population . And if we must to use this sampling , I think , stratified random sampling is better and more useful .
Reason to choose non-probability : İn this way you can go deeper into the research. Effective to get a faster and more accurate answer. And if I must to use this sampling , I'll chose judgmental sampling . Because we'll have a certain target .
5. Potential sources of data : İf Iwere , I choose legal sources . Specially primary sources . Such as : laws , regulations , codes and etc . I think it is more useful source .
6.Data collection tools to be used : I think for this research , interviews , observation and focus group discussion are better . Because , I think quality is more important in this situation .
7.Analysis and interpretation of data : It depends on research method . Inductive method is better and useful , I think .
8.It is good for consistency, whether the idea is true or not .Also it is good for to be sure of their opinions.
9.In this step, the idea is generalized and the result is obtained.

Impact of refugees on our national economy and their conformity with Azerbaijani culture and population.
2.	I want to examine Azerbaijani economy before and after arrival of refugees and attitude of the Azerbaijanis to refugees
3.	I think that we should use socio-legal research method. Because there are many factors that are not merely related to law. These factors are economic, social and so on. And also to get more reliable results, we should use non-doctrinal research
4.	I’d like to use simple random sampling and stratified sampling method. I’d use simple random sampling to learn attitude of the Azerbaijanis to refugees. And I’d use cluster sampling to learn thoughts of population that has a degree in economy (including financial experts and ordinary bank worker too).
5.	Potential sources of data for my research are thoughts of ordinary people and experts. Because I try to learn the ratio of refugees’ conformity with Azerbaijani traditions, language or mode of life and their impact on our economy. For the latter we have to take a look at experts’ opinions. But for the first one we have to learn thoughts of ordinary Azerbaijanis.
6.	As can be seen clearly I’d prefer non-legal sources including questionnaire, interviews etc. Interviews with economic experts can be very helpful for my research and also we can use quantitative research in order to see economical situation before and after.
7.	Analysis and interpretation of data is the process of giving meaning to the gathered information and coming to a conclusion. In this research I think we should use inductive reasoning method. Because using opinions of many people and experts we will come to a conclusion. So there is generalizing.
8.	Verification of findings: in this step you have to ensure that every step is correct and there is no collusion or mistake in your findings and whole research.
9.	Conceptualization: In this stage we formulate an idea from which we investigated. It will be our result or outcome of my research. For example after my research I see that refugees damaged our national economy. It is the result of the research.
