I specifically liked this sentence, “The first day of school is tomorrow and this hideous plaid skirt, button down shirt and tie lays there haunting her.” Another thing about your essay that really stood out to me was your final sentence. It really let me think and it sent a strong realization to my brain thinking, “What would it even be like not being able to wear what you want and somewhat being controlled.” The one wish that I have is that I saw that you were very repetitive with some of your description words. I read plaid a lot and preppy a lot too. Besides these flaws in my opinion, your essay was very good and inspiring to the reader.
