#1 High School administrators and teachers are struggling to get students focused on education due to the high increase of absences. By this, it is affecting the students grade  and parent conferences are being held to figure out what the problem is. Parents are not "forcing" their child to attend school. 

#2 Classroom management- The Administrator is having to appear in classroom to supervise teachers who are having trouble controlling students. This particular problem can be fixed by focusing on the positive sides of student success. 

#3 It is important for administrators and teachers to have a positive and open mind to everything. High School students tend to be challenging and try to make their own rules.

#4 School Uniforms- Some students are having questions on why they have to wear uniform if it is not a private school. The principal mentioned how they follow under the district of San Antonio and the laws they have to follow for this particular charter school. 

#5 Behavior Issues- The school has a low behavioral issues. By this, the administration staff do held meetings to see what else can be improved in the school to keep the behavior issues low.

The power to the profession gives early educators the opportunity to take part to a comprehensive set of the guidelines that advance their live hoods and improve the child's lives. 

Another point I saw was the importance of playing in learning. This particular topic has been debated whether it should be allowed in schools. The researchers and school administrations have found it beneficial for students. By this, an effective classroom management creates an environment that is appropriate for teaching and learning. Strong classroom management skills are essential for successful teaching. The more an administrator help the teachers, the results will be successful. The principal is the foundation of the teachers and is the support for them. 

I believe this topic about classroom management is important to educators because it gives them an insight of what needs to be done and new ways to discover what needs to be improved.  Classroom management is crucial in classrooms as a result of it supports the correct execution of curriculum development, developing best teaching practices, and putting them into action (Gayathi, Priya, & Shahzan, 2018). The legal and ethical issues mentioned to this topic is how it can be handled and to what extend a teacher can take it. As a future administrator, I believe it is very important to be positive and open minded to every situation it comes up. Not every student is the same and situations cannot be dealt the same ways.
